We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Villa Assistant Manager to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills to support the smooth daily operations of our villa.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Villa Manager in overseeing daily villa operations

• Supervise and coordinate villa staff (housekeeping, gardeners, security, etc.)

• Ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of hospitality and service

• Handle guest check-in/check-out, reservations, and inquiries

• Manage villa inventory, supplies, and maintenance needs

• Assist in administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and budgeting

• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when needed

• Ensure compliance with villa SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in villa, resort, or hotel management

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication in English (both spoken and written); Bahasa Indonesia is a plus

• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally

• Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure

• Knowledge of villa operations, budgeting, and administration is an advantage

• Based in Bali or willing to relocate
