We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Night Front Office to be the face of our property.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end of day closing procedures, verify the accuracy of daily front desk transactions, and prepare financial reports for management.
- Greet guests and handle late night check-ins and/or early check-outs professionally.
- Manage room reservation, update guest records, and ensure all VHP system entries are accurate before the new day starts.
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and local recommendations during the night shift.
- Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
- Independently handle guest complaints at night and escalate unresolved issues to the Manager or Supervisor the next morning.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are organized and presentable.
