We are looking for a friendly, professional, and detail-oriented Night Front Office to be the face of our property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform end of day closing procedures, verify the accuracy of daily front desk transactions, and prepare financial reports for management.
• Greet guests and handle late night check-ins and/or early check-outs professionally.
• Manage room reservation, update guest records, and ensure all VHP system entries are accurate before the new day starts.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and local recommendations during the night shift.
• Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
• Independently handle guest complaints at night and escalate unresolved issues to the Manager or Supervisor the next morning.
• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas are organized and presentable.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in English.
• Proficiency in the VHP System is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the same or similar role (hospitality industry preferred).
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Highly organized, detail oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Relevant educational background.
• Willingness and physical fitness to work consistently on the night shift.
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
