POP! Hotel Kuta Beach – Bali is an eco-friendly budget hotel located in Legian – Kuta, currently looking for a qualified and motivated candidate to join our team as:

Positions:

1. Housekeeping Supervisor

General Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the same position or a minimum of 2 years in the Housekeeping Department.

• Good knowledge of hotel housekeeping operations, room cleanliness standards, and hygiene procedures.

• Able to supervise and coordinate the Housekeeping team to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

• Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Able to conduct room inspections and ensure all rooms meet hotel standards.

• Well-groomed, highly motivated, responsible, hardworking, loyal, and honest.

• Able to work under pressure, independently, and as part of a team.

• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Preferably a candidate currently based in Bali.

• Able to join immediately.

2. Pool Bar (DW)

General Requirements:

• Minimum education: Senior High School / Vocational School.

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage Service is preferred.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic English communication skills.

• Friendly, presentable, honest, and responsible.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
