1. Food & Beverage Manager
Job Purpose
• To set the standard for 5-star level Food and Beverage service
• To plan direct and manage the day-to-day operations of The Yoga Barn’s Food and Beverage staff performance, productivity and efficiency and of departmental and related operations.
• Optimizes support staff productivity and scheduling to accomplish tasks and achieve objectives.
• To create a safe, attractive and functional atmosphere and facility for staff and guests.
• To lead trough example by maintaining the highest and standards of care, service and positive support for staff, peers, teams, guests, and leadership initiatives.
• To inspire your team and co-workers to develop strong leaders and partners who feel guided, supported and empowered.
• To be fiscally responsible with supplies, purchasing and hiring if when task are assigned.
Requirements:
• Proven food and beverage management experience.
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS)
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
• Communication and leadership skills
• Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices
• Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets
• Guest-oriented and service-minded
• Required language (s) : Bahasa Indonesia, English
• Having 3 years experience in similar position in an international luxury hotel brand, banquet or restaurant.
• Strong leadership upselling & interpersonal skills.
