Smoke Restaurant at Canggu Bali looking for an experienced & qualified crew to join in our team.

Job Position:

1. ASSISTANT RESTAURANT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• • Coordinate daily operations both front and back of the house.
  • Deliver superior services and maximized customers satisfaction.
  • Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints, Resolving issues in a diplomatic and courteous manner.
  • Appraise employee’s performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
  • Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  • Create detailed reports on daily, weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
  • Train new and current employees on proper customers service practices.
  • Maintain the standard restaurant presentation, conducts daily inspection of restaurant and equipment to ensure compliance with health, safety, food & beverage handling and hygiene standards.
  • Implement policies and protocol that will maintain future restaurant operations.
  • Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Maintains sales records and tracks cash receipts.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• • Female
  • 30 Years old maximum.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proven work experiences with minimum 2 years on the similar role.
  • Excellent customer services experiences.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Flexible schedule and able to stand for extended periods.

2. SENIOR WAITER

Requirements: 

• • 27 Years old maximum
  • 2 years minimum working on the same field
  • Outstanding communication
  • Willing to work multitasking
