General Requirements:

• Relevant educational background based on the position applied (Hospitality, Business, Engineering, Finance, etc.)
• Minimum 1–5 years of experience in a similar role (depending on position level)
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Well-groomed, professional appearance, and positive attitude
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Honest, disciplined, and responsible
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Familiar with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
• Knowledge of hospitality standards and procedures also has experience in pre opening team is an advantage
• Willing to join ASAP
