ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR
Nour Uluwatu is currently looking for a dedicated and responsible Engineering Staff to join our team and support the daily maintenance and operational needs of our villa property in the Uluwatu Area.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform daily inspection and maintenance of villa facilities and equipment
- Handle basic electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and repair work
- Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide effective solutions
- Ensure all engineering equipment and utilities are functioning properly
- Coordinate with other departments regarding maintenance requests
- Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize operational issues
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of engineering tools and work areas
- Assist with emergency maintenance situations when necessary
Requirements:
- Minimum Senior High School or Vocational School graduate, preferably in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in engineering, maintenance, villa, hotel, or property operations is preferred
- Have basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning, and general building maintenance
- Able to operate maintenance tools and equipment properly
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Responsible, disciplined, honest, and hardworking
- Able to join immediately is preferred
