Hotel Puri Tempo Doeloe Bali is a Boutique Hotel located in Sanur, has a classic rural architecture, has an outdoor swimming pool, garden, shared lounge and terrace. We are currently inviting passionate and motivated individuals to be our team member as the following position:
- Chef de Partie
- Graduate of tourism academy or relevant field preferred.
- Proven experience of one year as FB Supervisor or similar position
- Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia and English, additional language(s) an advantage.
- Computer literate and proficient with standard Microsoft Office applications, and Property Management Software
- Good knowledge of food and beverage administration and operations.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage products and services, procedures, alcohol policies and laws.
