PANDAWA CLIFF ESTATE – We are a well-established estate with wedding venue located in Pandawa beach cliff top currently looking for potential candidate to joint our busy estate and become part of the best villa/estate team. The details as follows:

Butler

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Meet guests when they arrive and getting them settled in their rooms
2. Provide a polite and professional point of contact for the guest and be thoroughly familiar with the services and facilities of the Villa.
3. Assist with all cleaning duties throughout the Villa and its surrounds.
4. Assist with general cleaning duties when the Villa has no guests, and as requested
5. Make up Guest rooms as per the Villa Standard Operating Procedure.
6. Provide high quality service to guests including the taking of orders for food and beverage and participate in the up selling of the Villa’s food and beverage service.
7. Deal with guest complaints and promptly report any problems to the Guest Service / Estate Manager
8. Act as a person in charge during the absence of the Villa Manager in term of provides service to the guest
9. Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the GM / EM or Supervisor on Duty.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Min 2 years of experience in the same position
2. Abilities to communicate in English
3. High attention to detail and accuracy

2. Able to work in team, energetic, initiative, motivated and result oriented
3. Good communication and interpersonal skill
4. Hospitality study background are preferable.
