Housekeeping :
Qualifications:
- Speak in English
- Previous experience in housekeeping at a villa, hotel, or on a boat
- Experience as a butler is a plus
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide courteous and professional behavior at all times.
- Clean and inspect villas
- Clean and maintain public areas (garden)
- Report damages, maintenance issues, and lost items.
- Manage inventory, laundry and linens.
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly.
- Monitor guest feedback for improvements.
- Adhere to fire, safety, and health regulations.
Guest Relation :
Qualifications:
- Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience as Front Office or Guest Relation.
- Basic experience in reservations, familiar with extranet including handling bookings and guest inquiries
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
- Ability to multitask and manage guest needs efficiently
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
- Problem-solving skills and a positive, welcoming attitude
- Familiar with basic web-based tools such google doc.
