1. Chief Accountant
2. Security

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial operations and accounting activities (1)
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements (1)
• Develop, manage, and monitor the budget (1)
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings (1)
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing processes (1)
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing (1)
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and hotel policies (1)
• Lead and manage the accounting team, providing training and mentoring as needed (1)

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial systems.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
