SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

  • Act as the property Sales & Marketing representative, liaising and collaborating with corporate team
  • Conduct regular sales calls to build and strengthen relationships with existing partners and actively seek new sales leads
  • Drive ancillary sales, maintaining an attractive promotional calendar and creating simple marketing collateral
  • Property champion of S&M related IT platforms, including: social media (IG/FB), web application, reputation management, revenue analytics etc.
  • Coordinate all events, groups, famtrips/site inspections on property
