General Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in or a similar role
- Excellent English Communication Skill, detail oriented
- Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas (1)
- Solid leadership and organizational development skills
- Experience setting sales goals (1 )
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of spa operations and industry trends (3)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, laundry operations, equipment, and chemicals (4)
- Proficient in the use of computers and software/systems.
- Possess a valid health certificate (2)
- Thorough knowledge of diverse cuisines, cooking methodologies, and adherence to food safety practices is expected, particularly for the Executive Chef position (2)
