Job Summary:

The Reservation Officer & E-commerce will create a positive first impression of Mazari Villas and ensure a consistent high standard of reservations handling with customer service orientation with welcoming, warm, persuasive selling skills. The responsibility include managing the update availability, rates and information across all booking channels and managing the proper handling of reservations.Requirements:

• Minimum diploma in hospitality room division management.
• Proven work experience as a Reservation Officer in luxury property.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English with customer service orientation.
• Knowledge of OTAs and Hotel Management System.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
