Location: Khastana Hadi Resort Ubud – Tegallalang (on-site).
1. Chief Engineering / Assistant Chief Engineering
○ Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily maintenance of private pool villas, ensuring all facilities, pools, and invilla amenities function optimally.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance for MEP systems
(Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), including villa air conditioning, water heaters, and pool pumps. - Implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize electricity and water usage,
considering the resort’s sustainability goals. - Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and improvement projects.
- Ensure all engineering operations comply with Bali’s safety and environmental regulations.
- Conduct routine safety training for the team, covering fire safety, equipment handling, and emergency response.
- Lead and train the engineering team to maintain high maintenance standards
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Must be available to join immediately.
