Location: Khastana Hadi Resort Ubud – Tegallalang (on-site).

1. Chief Engineering / Assistant Chief Engineering

○ Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily maintenance of private pool villas, ensuring all facilities, pools, and invilla amenities function optimally.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance for MEP systems
  (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing), including villa air conditioning, water heaters, and pool pumps.
• Implement energy-saving initiatives to optimize electricity and water usage,
  considering the resort’s sustainability goals.
• Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs and improvement projects.
• Ensure all engineering operations comply with Bali’s safety and environmental regulations.
• Conduct routine safety training for the team, covering fire safety, equipment handling, and emergency response.
• Lead and train the engineering team to maintain high maintenance standards
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Must be available to join immediately.

2. Assistant Executive Housekeeper.

○ Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations for our private pool villas, ensuring
  cleanliness meets luxury standards.
• Supervise the setup of in-villa experiences (Floating Breakfast, Rose Water Milk Bath, In-Villa Grill).
• Manage linen, laundry, and inventory, ensuring high-quality upkeep of towels,
  bedding, and guest amenities.
• Ensure personalized villa setup for VIP and repeat guests, maintaining a high-touch hospitality approach.
• Collaborate with the Front Office to deliver seamless guest experiences.
• Train and supervise housekeeping leaders & staff to maintain high service levels and efficiency.
• Implement eco-friendly cleaning practices, aligning with the resort’s commitment to sustainability.
• Conduct daily inspections of villas and public areas to maintain cleanliness
  standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Must be available to join immediately.
