The qualification are :

• • Relevant education background with position being applied
  • High level experience in HRM position, of over 5 years (for no. 1)
  • Able to assess, create, implement systems and procedures to create a corporate environment for the company (for no.1)
  • Proven ability to measure staff performance (for no.1)
  • Ability to maintain all company legalities in regards to manpower regulations (for no.1)
  • Strong in leadership and understanding of Indonesian manpower regulation (for no. 1)
  • Min. 2-year experience in the same position (Preferred Independent Restaurant Background)
  • Has tax experiences and understanding ledger, property management system and property operating system (for no.3)
  • Strong Leadership (for no 1,2,3)
  • Good communication skill in English both speaking and written
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Discipline, able to work in a team or individually
  • High attention to detail, track with SOP guidelines
