Requirement:
- RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or similar F&B operation.
• Previous experience as a Restaurant Supervisor is preferred.
• Have experience using the VHP (VHP Hotel System), particularly for F&B operations and billing.
• Good knowledge of restaurant service standards and daily operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lead, supervise, and motivate the service team.
• Able to handle guest complaints professionally.
• Good knowledge of food & beverage products and service procedures.
• Able to conduct staff briefings and monitor staff performance.
• Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of English; other languages are an advantage.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong teamwork, discipline, and positive attitude.
• Well-groomed and professional appearance.
