Front Office Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Supervise the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries
• Ensure that all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally
• Train and motivate front desk staff to deliver exceptional service and maximize revenue
• Monitor and manage room inventory to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue
• Oversee the billing and accounting processes, including daily deposits and cash handling
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to front desk staff
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency in front office operations
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the guest experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
• 3 years of experience in a front office role, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as needed
