We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Front Office Daily Workers. As a Front Office Daily Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and pleasant stay. Your primary responsibility will be to assist our front desk team with various tasks and provide excellent customer service to all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the check-in and check-out process.
• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel’s facilities and services.
• Answer phone calls and redirect them as necessary.
• Manage reservations and update the booking system.
• Handle guest complaints and ensure they are resolved promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems are a plus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
