Therefore, we are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic HOUSE ASSISTANT MANAGER that is passionate for unique growth opportunity to help us create this amazing guest experiences when they stay in Oniria. A positive “yes, can do” mentality is a must. We are expanding the business 4 more houses to manage, and we are looking for someone that wants to grow in our organization.

The candidate should independently manage related  department such as:  housekeeping, butler, kitchen, gardener, etc. Able to give training and directing the team according to company standards.

Job summary:

• Leading and overseeing employees’s performance, conducting regular evaluation to help improve customer service in all areas including front office, housekeeping attendants and all employees.
• welcoming and registering guest once they arrive, including handling customers complaints and queries.
• Organizing activities and assigning responsibilities to employees to ensure productivity and weekly shifting and schedule
• Resolving issues regarding services, amenities and policies.
• Maintaining record of budget, funds and expenses
• Coordinating with external parties, including supplier, travel agencies and event organizers.
• Evaluating house performance and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in hospitality, business administration or a relevant field
• A minimum 3 years experiences in management roles
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and customer service skills
• Exceptional leadership abilities with great attention to details.
