About Tribal        :

Tribal is Bali’s first custom-designed ‘Co-working Hostel’.  A dedicated space where Explorers, Backpackers and Remote Workers from all over the world can ‘Work’, ‘Rest’ and ‘Play’, and use Tribal as their base for exploring the beautiful island and culture of Bali.  Tribal is the kind of place where Guests may arrive solo, but they will leave as part of our ‘ONE TRIBE’.  If this sounds like your kind of workplace environment then read on 🙂

Tribal opened in September 2021 with a ‘Soft Launch’ of our ‘Co-working’ and ‘Food & Beverage’ Offers only.  We are now busily getting everything ready to launch our ‘Accommodation’, ‘Tours’ and ‘Events’ Offers in early-2022, as Bali starts to re-open to International Tourism.

We are not going to stop there though!  We have BIG plans to expand the Tribal Brand across Bali/Indonesia – and beyond – to reach our Goal of having >5 Assets in 5 years.

This is a super-exciting time to join Tribal, as we gear-up to bring a completely new kind of Travel experience to Bali.  Tribal is however a ‘start-up’ company – which means that things can get a little crazy at times!  If you are expecting a ‘regular’, ‘standard’ ‘9 to 5’ kind of job then this probably isn’t the one for you.  The right candidate for Tribal will be comfortable operating in a start-up environment, meaning they can comfortably start from a ‘blank page’ with no existing ‘way of doing things’.  Problem-solving abilities and flexibility to deal with changing and competing priorities will be key – as will excellent Communication skills, both Internal and External.
