1. Front Office Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two (2) years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain.
• English is a must (written and spoken).
• Display a positive, professional attitude and integrity at all times.
• Strong leadership and organizational skill with great eye for detail.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in administration and computer skills, with experience using PMS (VHP).
• Ability to anticipate and fulfill the needs of high-end clients.
• Experience in managing VIPs and handling complaints professionally.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a diverse team.
• Experience in room inventory management and occupancy optimization.
• Familiarity with upselling to maximize other revenue streams.
• Strong attention to detail and a passionate for creating a memorable guest experience.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
