• Night Duty Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of a hotel or other establishment during the night shift.
• Ensure that guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of night staff, including security, housekeeping, and reception staff..
• Handle guest complaints and resolve problems that may arise during the night.
• Managing emergency situations, such as fire or medical emergencies.
• Prepare reports and complete necessary documents

Requirements:

• Experience in hotel management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Fluency in English is essential, and additional language skills, such as Indonesian, Mandarin, Rusian, would be advantageous.
