HOUSEKEEPING COORDINATOR
– Good teamwork, result oriented and good communication skill
– Hard worker and able to work under pressure
– Able to communicate in English both oral and written
– Experienced in same position minimum 1 – 2 years.
– Positive attitude, self-motivated and hard worker
– Possesses Leadership skills
– Able to conduct training about housekeeping knowledge
CHIEF ACCOUNTING
-Chief Accounting and Tax To lead finance team
-25-40 year-old, Bachelor degree ( S1) Accounting / Tax, GPA at least 3.
-Experience in managerial finance / accounting 2-5 years, preferably at hotel and tourism.
Job Description:
– Prepare Financial statements , balance sheet, profit and loss, cash flow statements.
– Oversee and ensure financial process and controls are in place, and recorded in computer system. (including revenue checking, supplier payments checking)
– Prepare monthly and yearly tax fillings.
– Able to learn and comprehend existing hotel management computer system software (Cakrasoft)
– Incharge of employee recruitment.
Technical Requirements:
– Knowledgable in current tax regulations for corporation.
– Able to operate microsoft office
– Preferably experienced with operating hotel management systems like VHP atau Cakrasoft Hotel.
Personal Requirements:
Honest, meticulous, critical, firm, able to move the whole finance team forward
