CHIEF GARDENER
Specific Qualification:
– Experience at least 2 years in same position from hotels or villas property.
– Excellent leadership skills including training, team development, motivation and communication.
– Strong people skills to build and maintain relationships, both internally and externally.
– Significant practical experience in horticulture.
– Have strong knowledge of a range of horticultural techniques covering a varied range of plant types. Artistic plantsmanship/design skills would be highly advantageous.
General Requirement:
• Good basic English speaking.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated and team player.
• Basic knowledge of using computer, at least for Microsoft office (Word and Excel)
