1. Event Coordinator
Job Description
• Plan event with attention to financial and time constraints.
• Propose ideas to improve provides services and event quality.
• Organize facilities and manage all event’s detail such as decor, catering, location, equipment, and promotional material.
• Book venues and arrange the schedule.
• Cooperate with marketing department to promote and publicize event.
• Oversee event happenings and act quickly to resolve problems.
• Evaluate event’s success and submit reports.

Requirement:
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/ Coordinator specialized in Event Planning and Coordinating.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Excellent time management skill.
• Have promotional event skill.
• Have strong problem solving skill.
• Calm under pressure.
• MS Office proficiency.

2. Waiter/Waitress
Requirements :
• Graduate from SMA /SMK or as equal
• Barista experience will be advantage
• Energetic & willing to learn
• Willing to work on shifting
• Excellent communication skill, must be able to speak English
• Good Customer Handling Skill
