THE PAVILIONS BALI, a luxury boutique property in Sanur, is looking at growing its exceptional team.

• We are hiring for candidates with excellent customer service skills, able to multitask and grow in a dynamic and hands-on work environment.
• Proven success in a similar role and resort environment mandatory
• Candidates must be based in Bali and have superior command of English and Bahasa.

1. GUEST SERVICE MANAGER/FRONT OFFICE MANAGER
• Motivate and lead a small team, key role in driving the guest experience on property
• Solid background to include Reservations and Front Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Great trainer with a passion for developing junior team members
• Ensure seamless coordination with other operational departments
• Able to join immediately

2. SENIOR/SUPERVISOR HOUSEKEEPING (BUTLER)
• Butler experience required
• Maintain high levels of room cleanliness and deliver an exceptional in-villa dining experience
• Proficient in HSK administration and inventory control
• Strong team player with attention to detail
• Excellent communicator with superior English skills
• Able to join immediately

3. ASST. CHIEF ENGINEER/CHIEF ENGINEER
• Prioritize, plan, assign, train and supervise a small engineering team
• Maintain the physical appearance and operational efficiency of the resort (A/C, refrigeration, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, civil engineering)
• Implement preventive maintenance schedules, policies and records to ensure efficient property operation
• Establish an energy conservation program
• Source, select and coordinate work performed by outside contractors and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with the relevant fire and safety laws, act as a safety & emergency champion
