Min. S1 / D4 qualification from a recognized Hotel School/ University
Qualified Candidate will have a full working knowledge of the following:
• HR Policies & Procedures
• Labor Union and Employee Relations
• Benefits/ Payroll Administration
• Employee Counseling
• Legal Issues & Compliance
• Confidential Record Keeping
• Staff Recruitment & Retention
• Disciplinary Procedures
• Employee Development & Training
Minimum 2 years working experience in similar role
Good command of English written and oral
Creative, mature, and outgoing personality
Highly motivated, energetic and enthusiastic
Team player
