1. Hotel Manager

2. Director of Sales

3. Sales Manager

4. Event Operations Manager

5. Engineering Supervisor (Civil)

6. Villa Host

7. F&B Service Attendant (Mandarin Speakers)

8. Security Guards

Requirements:

• (1) Proven expertise in driving sales performance in the luxury hospitality market, with strong leadership and operational management skills.

• (2,3) Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales at luxury hospitality background.

• (2,3) Strong in (Offline) Overseas/International Travel Agent and expertise with sales reporting tools.

• (4) Strong leadership and organizational skills with proven ability to manage high-profile, complex events.

• (5) Strong knowledge of building structure, waterproofing, drainage, masonry, and maintenance practices.

• (6) Fluent in English (other languages an advantage).

• (7) Fluency in Mandarin and basic English is required.

• (8) Min. 1 year experience with knowledge of emergency response and safety protocols.

• (All positions) Strong interpersonal skills, knowledge of hospitality, communication, and fluent in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
