We are currently looking for professional and experience candidates to fulfill following positions:
1. Assistant Chief Engineering
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :
• Minimum 1 years work experience in the same position
• Demonstrated results driven leadership
• Reliable, organized and pro-active with strong communication skills
• Self driven person in dynamic environment
• Service oriented person
KEY TASK:
• Manages the Cleanest and Maintenance off all F&B equipment in used and in store according to set standards
• Provide the appropriate training to all Food Preparation and Stewarding staff for all specific.
• To achieve maximum utilization of material, equipment and staff for quality and food cost control.
• Conveys the image of the hotel
2. Sales Executive MICE & Social Events
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :
• Level of Education : Bachelor
• Has profesional experience in the same positions 1 to 2 years.
• Good communication fluent in both verbal and written English, additional languages advantageous.
• Able to manage work systematically and well organized.
KEYTASK:
• Pro-activity search out new opportunities/accounts
• Is a key player in supporting and driving AccorHotels Revenue best practice.
• Increase business/occupancy and promote the identity of the hotel through establishing and maintaining good relationship with number of clients.
• Actively seeks out new business in line with the hotel and company strategic goals.
• Handle key accounts directly and ensure the accounts database is updated and accurate.
• Promote a positive image of the hotel.
• Lead the team, provide ongoing sales direction to subordinates, providing guidance and direction on the development and execution of action plans.
• Manage the connection with corporate business entities both nationally and internationally.
• Is hands on for the development and training of her / his team.
• Ensures the high standard of services provided for the guests.
• Attainment of the department’s qualitative quantitative targets.
• Convey the resort’s image and atmosphere through his/her exemplary attitude, warm
and friendly welcome, availability and frequent presence in the field.
• Ensures respect of the resort’s commitments to the environment charter (saving energy
recycling, sorting waste)Lead and drive resorts , local Government & security license & relationship.
• Lead and drive resorts emergency response team.
3. Duty Manager
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :
• Level of Education : Bachelor / Diploma
• Has profesional experience in the same positions 1 to 2 years.
• Good communication fluent in both verbal and written English, additional languages advantageous.
• Able to manage work systematically and well organized.
KEY TASK :
• Ensures the high standard of services provided for guests.
• Attainment of the department’s qualitative and quantitative targets
• Manages and motivates the Front Office team in order to provide a high standard of service for customers
• Handles guest comments and complaints, ensuring follow-up
• Handles any guest complaints or contentious issues that cannot be settled directly by team members and provides a rapid solution.
4. FB Service Supervisor
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS :
• Level of Education : Diploma
• Has profesional experience in the same positions 1 to 2 years.
• Good communication fluent in both verbal and written English, additional languages advantageous.
• Able to manage work systematically and well organized.
KEY TASK :
• Organized the FB point of sale under his/her responsibilities.
• Ensures guest satisfaction and high standards of service for customers.
• Manages & motivates the team to develop the sales and the quality of the services.
• Offers attentive service to guest, adapting to any constrains.
• Helps increase guest loyalty through quality of service
• Conveys the image of the hotel.
