Join the pre-opening team at Khastana Hadi Resort Ubud, a luxury villa resort in the heart of Tegallalang, Bali. We are looking for experienced professionals with pre-opening expertise to fill the following positions:
Purchasing Officer
- Manage procurement processes for the resort, from vendor selection to inventory control.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of quality goods for pre-opening and ongoing operations.
Head Butler
- Lead and supervise the butler team to deliver exceptional in-villa guest experiences.
- Coordinate guest services, from personalized dining to special activities, ensuring a luxury standard.
Assistant Human Resources Manager
- Oversee HR operations, including recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
- Support pre-opening staffing and ensure alignment with the resort’s culture and standards.
Chief Accountant
- Manage financial reporting and compliance.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ensure accurate financial records and support operational excellence.
