Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Accounting in any field
Minimum 1 – 2 years’ experience in AP/finance functions
Excel skill is a must able to operate
Experience in accounting system , SAGE is a plus
Excellent language skills in written and spoken English
Demonstrate ability to work as part of team
Energetic, dynamic, creative, & like challenge
Attention to detail – maintain high level of accuracy in transaction processing
Responsibility:
Received , recording the invoice ,Ensure all invoices are properly accounted ,Reconcile AP sub-ledger to Trial Balance ,Preparing AP listing and aging for monthly closing, Execute recording daily invoices into accounting system Respond to internal and external enquiries related to vendor invoices and payments.
