Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in housekeeping is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, especially candidates with housekeeping internship or training experience.
• Hospitality or hotel-related educational background is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and a strong sense of cleanliness.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Responsible, disciplined, honest, and reliable.
• Good physical stamina and able to perform housekeeping duties efficiently.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Willing to learn and adapt to the standards of Domu Alba Vita.

Job Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, common areas, and other assigned areas to a high standard.
• Ensure rooms are properly arranged, clean, comfortable, and ready for guests.
• Change bed linens, towels, and other room amenities according to company standards.
• Replenish guest supplies and amenities as needed.
• Handle cleaning equipment and housekeeping products safely and properly.
• Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor.
• Follow proper hygiene, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties when required.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Perform other housekeeping duties as assigned by the supervisor.
