Amarta Beach Retreat is currently looking for potential candidates to be our team member with relevant skills and experience as the following position:
1. Housekeeping Supervisor
-High school diploma or equivalent required
-Excellent communication skills
-Proficiency in computer programs
-Planning and organizing abilities
-Exceptional interpersonal skills
-Ability to work with different groups of people
-Multitasking abilities
-Efficient time management skills
2. Wellness Manager
-Certified Wellness Practitioner (CWP) or similar certification preferred.
-Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wellness program management.
-Strong knowledge of wellness practices and principles.
-Proven ability to design and implement effective wellness programs.
-Strong organizational and project management skills.
-Ability to analyze data and measure program effectiveness.
-Passion for health and wellness.
-Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
3. SPA Therapist
-Proven work experience as a wellness practitioner and Certified an -Indonesian competence assessment (Sertifikat Uji Kompetensi)
-Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies
-Excellent knowledge of English language
-Communication and customer service skills
-Positive attitude
-Excellent grooming and personal presentation
4. Gym Attendant
-Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
-Basic knowledge of gym equipment, yoga practices and wellness
-Strong communication and customer service skills
-Attention to detail
-Friendly and approachable demeanor
-Physically fit and energetic
