  1. Assistant Operation Manager
  • Proven previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, ideally as a Front Office Supervisor, F&B Supervisor, or Housekeeping Supervisor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage operations across hotel, cafe, and co-working space settings
  • Creative, proactive, strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support and lead staff  effectively
  • Proficiency in English sufficient to communicate effectively with both local and international guests and staff.
  • Basic understanding of financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking
  • Proficiency in using office software, such as MS Office, Google Drive and other task management tools
  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree; additional education in hospitality management or a related field is a plus

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
