Sara Residence is currently looking for potential candidates to be our team member with relevant skills and experience as the following position :
- Assistant Operation Manager
- Proven previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, ideally as a Front Office Supervisor, F&B Supervisor, or Housekeeping Supervisor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage operations across hotel, cafe, and co-working space settings
- Creative, proactive, strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to support and lead staff effectively
- Proficiency in English sufficient to communicate effectively with both local and international guests and staff.
- Basic understanding of financial management, including budgeting and expense tracking
- Proficiency in using office software, such as MS Office, Google Drive and other task management tools
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree; additional education in hospitality management or a related field is a plus
- Housekeeping Supervisor
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in computer programs
- Planning and organizing abilities
