Ruby Space Bali is currently hiring for a Personal Assistant position in Umalas, Bali.
The role will work closely with the studio owner and support the day-to-day operations of the studio, including administration, bookings, customer communication, content support and general operational tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:
📌 Female candidates preferred, 21–30 years old
📌 Based in Bali and able to commute to Umalas
📌 Communicative, organised, meticulous & responsible
📌 Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram & Google Sheets / Excel
📌 Able to take photos & videos using a smartphone
📌 Confident interacting with customers and responding to enquiries
📌 Sales-minded and able to follow up on leads
📌 Disciplined, proactive & positive attitude
