Uluwatu Lagoons Retreat & Villas situated in tranquil Uluwatu area, located just 3 minutes from the iconic Uluwatu Temple & a few minutes from the pristine Nyang Nyang Beach, currently looking potential candidates to grow with us for following position:

1. Personal Assistant.
2. Coffee Shop Manager
3. Engineering Leader.
4. Barista
5. Café Daily Worker.

Requirement:

For Personal Assistant position :

• Excellent English (spoken & written) thrives on organization, initiative, and seamless communication.
• Strong hands-on mentality – no task too small
• Naturally organized with a passion for systems and structure
• Sharp eye for spotting and solving problems before they arise
• Fantastic communicator – clear, kind, and efficient
• Very confident with computers, spreadsheets, and online tools
• High level of motivation and accountability.

For Coffee Shop Manager :

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience in specialty coffee.
• Previous management or leadership experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting.
• Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to train and inspire staff.
• Excellent organizational and ordering capabilities.
• Passion for high-quality coffee, customer service, and creating an uplifting
  environment.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

For Engineering Leader :

• Strong background and skills of MEP (especially pump) and water treatment.
• Minimum 2 years experience
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preffered.

For Barista position :

• Minimum 1 years of experience as a barista in a specialty coffee shop is preffered.
• Has strong experience in specialty coffee preparation, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional coffee experience.
• Has excellent skills for customer services, quality control and inventory.
• Fluent in English is a must.

For Café Daily Worker position :

• Energetic personality.
• Have customer service and good communication skills.
• Fluent is English is preferred.
