Are you an exceptional multitasker with a knack for organization and a passion for providing top-notch support? We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant for the Owner at @mariefeandjakesnow team (MAJA Canggu). As the right-hand person to our busy owner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring their day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact and gatekeeper for the owner, managing all incoming communications, emails, calls, and appointments.
  • Maintain the owner’s calendar and schedule, coordinating meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct research, compile reports, and prepare presentations as needed.
  • Assist with personal tasks, such as managing personal finances, and organizing personal appointments.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, and other documents as required.
  • Proactively anticipate the owner’s needs and take initiative to ensure they are met.
  • Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Manage special projects and assignments as directed by the owner.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role, preferably supporting high-level executives or business owners.
  2. Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail.
  4. Proficient in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office and calendar management software.
  5. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
  6. Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  7. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a team.
  8. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
  9. A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to providing outstanding support.
