Manage full daily on-site operations of 9 villas

Ensure villas are 100% ready before every check-in

Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, pool and garden staff

Inspect villas after every checkout

Handle on-site guest issues and ensure guest satisfaction

Coordinate repairs and preventive maintenance

Monitor linen, amenities, and operational supplies

Provide daily and weekly reports to the owner
