General Qualifications – Reservation Officer:

  1. Pendidikan minimal Diploma (D1/D3) atau Sarjana (S1), diutamakan dari jurusan Perhotelan, Pariwisata, atau bidang terkait.
  2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun pada posisi yang sama di industri perhotelan.
  3. Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Bahasa Inggris, baik lisan maupun tulisan.
  4. Menguasai sistem reservasi hotel dan aplikasi Microsoft Office.
  5. Memiliki kemampuan pelayanan tamu (guest service) yang baik serta berorientasi pada kepuasan pelanggan.
  6. Teliti, terorganisir, dan mampu bekerja dengan detail dalam mengelola data reservasi.
  7. Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
  8. Memiliki kemampuan menangani permintaan, perubahan, dan pembatalan reservasi secara profesional.
  9. Berpenampilan rapi, ramah, dan memiliki sikap kerja yang positif.
  10. Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift serta pada hari libur, akhir pekan, dan hari besar apabila diperlukan.
