We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead the pre-opening and operational success of our upcoming luxury property in Nusa Dua, Bali. This is a unique opportunity to shape the guest experience, build a high-performing team, and establish a strong brand presence from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including rooms, F&B, finance, HR, and guest services

Lead the pre-opening strategy and execution, ensuring timely readiness and compliance

Build and develop a passionate team aligned with brand values and service excellence

Drive financial performance, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction

Foster strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and the local community
Qualifications:

Proven leadership experience as a General Manager or Operation Manager in upscale/luxury hospitality

Strong pre-opening experience is highly preferred

Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and team-building skills

Deep understanding of the Bali hospitality market is a plus

Fluent in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency is an advantage
