Requirements:

Proven experience in administrative & customer relations roles (hospitality preferred).

Strong English communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office & reservation systems (Channel Manager, OTA).

Excellent organizational & time management skills.

Able to work independently and in a team.

Capable of handling petty cash responsibly.

Fresh graduates are welcome.
Responsibilities:

Welcome guests and handle the check-in/check-out process.
-
Manage guest reservations via email, phone, and online platforms.
-
Coordinate room availability and booking confirmations.
-
Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information.
-
Prepare daily and weekly reports on bookings and payments.
-
Assist with front office coordination and respond to guest inquiries.
-
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, document preparation, and inventory management of office supplies.

Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and retreat facilitators to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain professionalism and hospitality in all interactions.
