1. ASSISTANT EHK / EXECUTIVE HOUSEKEEPER

• Department head role, ensures accurate work scheduling
• Maintain high levels of room cleanliness and deliver an exceptional in-villa dining experience, in line with the resort’s Butler concept
• Comfortable with administering HSK resources and inventory control
• Exceptional trainer with a passion to develop team members
• Experience in the same position minimum 1 years
• Work closely with Engineering department to establish a preventive maintenance schedule
• Able to join immediately
• Salary subject to experience and qualifications 8,500,000 IDR+ take home pay (incl. service charge)

2. GUEST SERVICE MANAGER
• Motivate and lead a small team, key role in driving the guest experience on property
• Solid background to include Reservations and Front Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
• Great trainer with a passion for developing junior team members
• Experience in the same position minimum 2 years
• Ensure seamless coordination with other operational departments
• Able to join immediately
