Housekeeping :

Qualifications:

• Speak in English
• Previous experience in housekeeping at a villa, hotel, or on a boat
• Experience as a butler is a plus
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide courteous and professional behavior at all times.
2. Clean and inspect villas
3. Clean and maintain public areas (garden)
4. Report damages, maintenance issues, and lost items.
5. Manage inventory,  laundry and linens.
6. Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly.
7. Monitor guest feedback for improvements.
8. Adhere to fire, safety, and health regulations.

Guest Relation :

Qualifications:

• Proficient in English with excellent communication skills
• Minimum 1 year experience as Front Office or Guest Relation.
• Basic experience in reservations, familiar with extranet including handling bookings and guest inquiries
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
• Ability to multitask and manage guest needs efficiently
• Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and a positive, welcoming attitude
• Familiar with basic web-based tools such google doc.
