- Cluster Sales Manager
Responsibilities :
- Create and implement strategies to generate business from different market segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, handle negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and upselling event services.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in sales, with a focus on MICE, B2B, Travel Agencies, and Key Stakeholders.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Analytical, well-organized, with an aptitude for problem-solving and critical thinking.
