SereS Springs Resort & Spa – Singakerta and the SenS Hotel & Spa + Conference Ubud Town Centre are both 5-Star and 4-Star International Chain Hotels located in Ubud –Bali,

is currently seeking highly motivated, dynamic, and professional people to be part of the team and fill the following positions :

1. Cluster Sales Manager

Responsibilities:

• Represent both SereS Springs Resort and SenS Hotel; meeting and  coordinating with clients.
• Plan, coordinate and execute client events.
• Assist in the client event development, concept, rundown, and coordination with the hotel team.
• Supervise and oversee the hotel manpower involved and ensuring all events run smoothly.

 

Specific requirements :

• Good English both spoken and written
• Have recent hotel experience with at least 2-3 years’ experience in the Sales Department at a 4 /5* Hotel/Resort
• Minimum 2 years in one property
• Having had experience in overseas market – European & Asian Market
• Familiar with Corporate and Government Marke
• Familiar with MICE Market
• Honest and trustworthy
• Open minded, independent and must be able to work as a team
• Friendly – Mature – Honest – Motivated – Has Self-confident
• Able to operate a computer and experienced in operating the Microsoft Word and Excel programs
• Able to report and communicate effectively
• Able to build relationships with colleagues and clients in a professional manner at all times
• Willing to participate in sales calls within and outside of Bali
• Willing to work long hours and ready to work under pressure with tight deadlines
• Result Orientated
• Able to drive and has a driving license
