Main Responsibilities
• Booking & Inventory Management
- Process, manage, and confirm room reservation requests from both individual guests and travel agencies via email, phone, and online channels promptly.
- Ensure accurate room availability, rate applications, and cancellation policies for all bookings.
• System & Administrative Operations
- Operate and update the vTHP (Visual Hotel Program) System daily to manage availability, input reservation details, and monitor room inventory.
- Ensure high data accuracy when logging guest preferences, special requests, and contact details into the system.
• Billing & Financial Handling
